completed form.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bookings are processed in the order completed forms are received.<\/li>\n<li>A booking is not confirmed until NUOVA issues an invoice.<\/li>\n<li>A non-refundable <strong>20% deposit<\/strong> is required to secure the booking. Unless another deadline is provided in your confirmation, the deposit must be received within two weeks of the invoice date. If it is not received, NUOVA may release the seats.<\/li>\n<li>School matinee tickets are <strong>$15 per student<\/strong>. A <strong>$15 administrative fee<\/strong> applies to each order.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Two complimentary supervisor tickets are provided per 25 students.<\/strong> Additional supervisor tickets are paid tickets.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of <strong>10 students<\/strong> is required to qualify for a school booking.<\/li>\n<li>Bookings must be made by an accredited school, recognized educational institution, or home-school organization.<\/li>\n<li>Final payment is due on the Friday two weeks before the performance unless another deadline is stated in your booking confirmation. Start Your Booking Plan your visit Policies &amp; Procedures Everything educators need to know before booking and attending a NUOVA school matinee. Booking Procedures A completed online School Matinee Booking Form is required before a booking can be processed. Seats cannot be held without a completed form. Bookings are processed in the order completed forms are received. A booking is not confirmed until NUOVA issues an invoice. A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure the booking. Unless another deadline is provided in your confirmation, the deposit must be received within two weeks of the invoice date. If it is not received, NUOVA may release the seats. School matinee tickets are $15 per student. A $15 administrative fee applies to each order. Two complimentary supervisor tickets are provided per 25 students. Additional supervisor tickets are paid tickets. A minimum of 10 students is required to qualify for a school booking. Bookings must be made by an accredited school, recognized educational institution, or home-school organization. Final payment is due on the Friday two weeks before the performance unless another deadline is stated in your booking confirmation. A 10% monthly late fee may apply to balances unpaid 30 days after the performance. If a performance reaches capacity, we will contact you about a waitlist or other available options. Bookings made close to the performance date may receive alternate deposit, confirmation, and payment deadlines from NUOVA&#8217;s Operations Manager. Interested in a NUOVA production without a school matinee currently scheduled? Email operations@nuovavocalarts.ca with your school name, contact information, and estimated student count. Changes &#038; Cancellations All requests for changes must be submitted in writing to operations@nuovavocalarts.ca. Adjustments should remain within 15% of the original booking. Final numbers must be confirmed by the Friday two weeks before your performance unless another deadline is stated in your confirmation. After the final confirmation deadline, reductions in attendance are non-refundable. No refunds are provided for student or supervisor no-shows. Cancellations within one week of the performance cannot normally be refunded unless NUOVA is able to resell the tickets to another school group. The 20% booking deposit is non-refundable. If your school experiences exceptional circumstances, please contact the Operations Manager to discuss available options. Ticketing &#038; Seating Physical tickets are not issued for school matinees. NUOVA&#8217;s Front of House team will have your school name and confirmed attendance numbers on the performance-day guest list. A designated supervisor should check in with Front of House on arrival and provide an accurate attendance count for seating and emergency procedures. Areas of the theatre may be reserved for school groups, but specific seats are assigned based on group size, accessibility requirements, and overall attendance. If members of your group arrive in separate vehicles, please gather the full group before joining the seating line whenever possible. Groups may be split if a row or section fills. Supervisors should be distributed throughout the student group rather than seated together. Please wait for direction from NUOVA&#8217;s Front of House team before entering the theatre. Latecomers &#038; Re-Admission Once a performance has begun, latecomers\u2014or patrons who leave the theatre during the performance\u2014may be required to wait before returning to their seats. To minimize disruption to performers and the audience, Front of House staff will admit patrons only at an appropriate break in the performance. Re-admission timing is determined by Front of House in consultation with Stage Management. Age Recommendations &#038; Content Children under the age of 5 cannot be admitted to NUOVA school matinee performances unless otherwise specifically stated. If a child below the permitted age is unable to enter the theatre, the ticket is not eligible for a refund. NUOVA&#8217;s age and content recommendations are provided as guidance for educators.
